Diana Laipniece

Diana graduated from the Latvian Academy of Culture in 1998 with BA in International relations. She started her career with Vereinsbank Riga, the Latvian branch of Germany's second largest banking group HVB, first as a Corporate Banking Assistant and then as a Corporate Client Manager. In 2003/2004 Diana has pursued Msc program in European Politics and Governance at the London School of Economics. Since 2004 she has been acting as a spokesperson for the Turkmen opposition in exile.
