Noah Birksted-Breen

Noah has been working in the field of democratisation in the former Soviet Union for a number of years. He was Project Manager at The BEARR Trust (NGO) from 2001 to 2003, where he ran the Trust’s civil society programmes, and he continues to work for the Trust on a freelance basis. He has a Master’s degree in the Political Economy of Transition in post-Soviet Europe from the London School of Economics, and a diploma in International Relations from Oslo University. His undergraduate degree was Modern Languages at Oxford University.
